Store/Return Policy

Jay on the Bay strives to deliver 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION with this in mind our Return & Refund Policy has been designed to help set out guidelines for returning items.

Items must be returned within fourteen days of the original purchase shipping date if you can’t return items before the fourteen days, please contact us before the fourteen-day period ends.

Returns and Requests for Returns made after the fourteen days may only be refunded via a store credit.

We retain the right whether to accept returns after the fourteen days.

Items that you have purchased from Jay on the Bay can be returned provided that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WHO pays for the return?

If Jay on the Bay is at fault, we will contact you via email with details. The parcel will be sent back at our cost.

In all other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

HOW do customers return items?

CREDIT for returns?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within seven to fourteen days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

JAY ON THE BAY, started in 2012, based in Huskisson, NSW, on beautiful Jervis Bay.
