To be able to provide services to you, we may ask for personal information such: name, address, telephone number and/or e-mail address. These details are for home delivery of orders, or online store competitions. Jay on the Bay is dedicated to keeping your details private and therefore any personal information we collect is for business and shipping use only and is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share your personal details to unaffiliated third parties.

Jay on the Bay takes measures to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. Measures are also taken to destroy information that is no longer required. The types of measures we take vary with the type of information, and how it is collected and stored.

Generally, you are not obligated to provide any information requested by us. If you choose to withhold information we require, we may not be able to provide you with the products and/or services that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.

Credit Card details are not available to us.

Personal information

We may also use your personal information in other ways to provide you with premium service. This may include using your personal information to advise you of via our newsletter about new products and/or services.

Our mailing list is an opt-in service only and should you subscribe, you can unsubscribe at any time with one click at the bottom of our weekly emails. You have rights to tell us that you do not want us to send information to you other than for the main purpose for which we have collected your personal details.

Jay on the Bay may disclose Contact Information in special cases where we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our terms and conditions of use or may be causing injury or interference with our rights, property, our customers or anyone who could be harmed by such activities

Jay on the Bay uses cookies to allow you to log in to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from jayonthebay.com.au only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
